Quantitative MRI (qMRI) Breast Standard-Specifically designed for MRI’s Performing Quantitative Breast Imaging
The qMRI Breast Standard consists of an anthropomorphic set of pliable silicone shells with rigid polycarbonate internal structures. Each is filled with a bulk solution to mimic fibroglandular tissue T1. One breast standard is a dedicated T1mimic of the various breast tissues, and the other is a diffusion mimic standard. The Breast standard can fit into most detection coils for breast imaging. All components are traceable to NIST, providing for accurate standardization of MRI scanners and breast coils as well as imaging protocols and procedures.
